WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! You have 14 days to request a refund for a purchase you are unhappy with. Once we receive your return we will notify you that we have received your item and inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We anticipate you will be refunded within 14 working days on receipt of goods.

DO YOUR BOXES APPEAR EXACTLY AS SHOWN ONLINE?

Yes. Each box comes in an ivory tone, tied with a black or ivory grosgrain bow. Our boxes are not only for packaging, they are designed to be kept and used however you like. Each box will ship inside a transit box to prevent any damage.

MY BOX IS A GIFT, I DON’T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES.

We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. All receipts will be sent via email to the ordering party only.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Any order over £100 will include free shipping. An order below that will incur a shipping fee – although we always aim to keep those costs as low as possible.

If your order is to be shipped internationally, then it will incur a shipping fee regardless of the amount.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Although we are based in the UK, we are happy to ship internationally providing the shipping fee is covered by the ordering party. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for more information on shipping charges.

  • Delivery Restrictions

In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order on our courier’s website.

There are some products that are unavailable for International Delivery. This can be due to reasons such as legal restrictions, warranties or logistical limitations that prevent us from sending products outside of the UK. This affects products such as fragrances and alcohol. Also, in some cases, some countries restrict the import of specific product categories. This includes products such as alcohol to China, the Middle East, Turkey and America as well as cosmetics to China. We will inform you immediately via email if there are any restrictions regarding your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Any orders placed Monday – Friday will be sent out the following working day. You can be rest assured that from placing your order, receipt of delivery will be no later than 5 working days.

If you require an earlier delivery then what is outlined above, please contact us at orders@buildmygift.com quoting your order number and requirements and we will do what we can to meet your request.

WHAT IF I NEED IT THERE ON A SPECIFIC DAY?

If you’d like to make someone’s day especially special, email orders@buildmygift.com and we will endeavour to offer the option of specific day delivery for an additional fee.

MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER RECEIVED THE DELIVERY. 

If this happens our customer service team will try its utmost to assist you. We will contact the courier and make the relevant enquiries to locate your order.
